6. Subscription Plans
Refunds for subscription plans are subject to the following:
Monthly Plans: Refunds are not provided for partially used months.
Annual Plans: Refunds are prorated based on the time remaining in the subscription, minus any applicable discounts or usage fees.
7. One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases, such as trading courses or standalone services, refunds will only be issued if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, this will result in an immediate suspension of your account until the issue is resolved. Please contact us directly to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback.
